There are multiple ways that The Glencairn Group can assist with acquiring land for your building project. If you already have the means to purchase a plot but are unsure where to begin, we can act as your:
CONSULTANTS
By visiting the plot as builders and developers, giving advice, guidance and direction on any practical considerations from a construction point of view and working to plan a build that best complements your potential building plot. Our dedicated architects can then work with you to realise your dream property now that you’ve identified the perfect location.
AGENTS
We can validate the value of a plot, provide opinions on a revised value, and assist with making the required negotiations to ultimately secure the plot at the best possible price, in the shortest possible time. We maintain connections with solicitors, conveyancers and surveyors, enabling us to make referrals and call on professional skill sets to provide an input into the process as applicable and at the correct time. We also maintain relationships with dedicated, professional mortgage brokers who we can then refer you onto, as required, to assist with securing finance for your purchase.
PROJECT MANAGERS
We have navigated planning requirements time and time again. We work alongside you, your architect and anyone involved in the proposed build to overcome planning restrictions, planning requirements or legal barriers. We can assist you with the preparation of prescribed applications and give guidance on preparing and providing the correct supporting documents and making the right arguments to keep your purchase and build on track.
Sell your land for development
Our focus is to identify suitable land for residential schemes. The expertise and skill of our in-house team of planners and architects allows us to design and build spectacular developments that add considerable value to the area and optimize land value for the landowner. When it comes to sourcing and buying land, we understand that effective collaboration is key to our success.
In addition to working with landowners directly, we also liaise with land agents. We recognise and generously reward effective land introductions and where appropriate, will re-instruct agents with new home sales.
