The Glencairn Group was established by Gareth Edwards and Andrew Rae, founding directors with a wealth of industry knowledge and exceptional financial, commercial, and operational acumen. With over 50 years of collective managerial and directorial experience within major house builders and contractors, our team comprises seasoned house building and construction experts. We possess an in-depth understanding of the multifaceted opportunities, risks, and potential issues that can arise in our line of work. However, our most valuable asset is our ability to promptly identify and address any challenges that may arise, thereby delivering successful outcomes consistently.
DESIGN
We have in-house expertise in both conceptual and practical design processes for a wide range of building types. We take a collaborative, balanced, and integrated approach to design, considering the key goals and concerns of all stakeholders, such as build cost, program life cycle, and environmental concerns. We believe that our architectural, engineering, multi-utility and renewable offering distinguishes us from other developers.
DEVELOP
Our designs meet the requirements of our partners and intend to develop at a scale that will have a positive impact on our communities' housing and property needs. This vision is supported by our strong relationships with housing associations, local authorities, design teams, and construction partners. We have extensive experience in delivering sustainable communities, regardless of the project, whether it is private sale, affordable housing, or mixed-use developments. There is no standard 'one-size-fits-all' solution, which is why we approach each project on an individual and flexible basis.
CONSTRUCTION
Our internal teams have successfully completed hundreds of housing developments, leading to a reputation that's synonymous with quality. Our projects are always guided by seamless project management, led by a team of experts that are proactive in their approach. We can provide a turnkey solution for all residential, refurbishment and commercial development projects due to our excellent track record and previous experience.
